It has been a long time since I have posted a fishing a report. With the goverment shut down and being forced to move to Wanchese, shuffling charters around, and then moving the boat back to OIFC, it has been a very frustrating time. To top ir off the great tuna fishing we had at the beginning of the month got clobbered by the northestrs we have been experiencing. This has led to a schoaling of the bridge that we have to pass under to get to the ocean. Just a lot of crap going on. We just can scrape by. Anyway here are some shots of this past weekend. The amazing good fortune thru all of this is the dolphin have finally shown up. What a strange time for them to make an apperance, Lucky us. Just a note to end on an upswing...There was a good showing of Yellowfins Saturday afternoon. Maybe with the water shoving back in the tuna will continue there push also.
Lots of dates available in November. Rember the last two years that has been the best of the tuna fishing. Give me a buzz.
Another note... I am now writing for The Coastal Anglers Magazine. It comes out each month and is free. Pick up a copy and see what I am writing about.
