Friday and Saturday included and overnighter. The weather was less than ideal but we hung in there and pulled it off. If anyone ever wanted to catch a shark, this is the way to do it. I don't think we went more than twenty minutes with a bait in the water. Of couse we were going for a swordfish but they didn't have a chance to bite for all the sharks. It was still fun. By the way, sharks love eels. The highlight of the trip was the capturing of a 181 pound big eye. One of the few times a big fish ever picked the right rod and reel combo to bite. He chose poorly, as he was no match for Allen and the 80 wide shimano! On the deck in thirty minutes. The rest of the trip was srappy and Saturday was plain rough. We even came in early that day. Thanks to Tom Pate and his crew for with standing the weather and chilly night. Days are available this week. After that only one day open until July and July is booking fast. Give me a call. Capt.
