Captain Dick Harris began his career mating at Oregon Inlet with some of the finest Captains on the East Coast, including Lee Perry, Bob Sullivan, Allan Foreman, Paul Spencer, and Omie Tillett.  Knowledge gained while fishing with these Captains allowed Captain Harris to become a member of the World Class Oregon Inlet fleet.
