After having such great expectation for todays fishing it was almost a bust. The conditions were so good it was hard to believe that the fish wouldn't bite. OHHHH, there were lots of bluefins around but they just would't bite. It didn' made what you tried, trolling, jigging, chunking, poppers or any thing short of dynamite. They just didn't bite. The only fish we were able to boat was a real nice wahoo. We had one other bite that was a mako shark, but we lost him right at the gaff. Oh well I guess that's fishing, but it's still a hard pill to swallow. Maybe after this blow they be hungry!
