There were some big changes on the rip today. The wind shifted to the northeast at about 18 mph. This had the grass lines torn apart and made the dolphin fishing slow down. The good news was the tuna fishing picked up. Onboard fishing with us today was Lou Gaithright and friends. Lou has fished with me for years and it's always good to have him back with us. We managed to catch five nice tuna and four gaffers today. Even though we lost a few more tuna it was still a good day!
