No boats fished this weekend out of the fishing center. I think it was mainly due to the condition of the channel. The section around the bridge is sketchy, Hopefully some relief will soon be on the way. There were some reports Friday of the longliners having good catches of yellowfins, but that's not first hand news. Looking at yesterdays shot of the gulf stream , I thought conditions were set up for good fishing. We are looking for a trip this weekend if anyone is interested in some sushi for the holidays. Local knowledge of the channel will get us out to the fish.
