Fishing with us this week were Harold and Ellie Nordhoff and their family. This was going to be the men against the women with the ladies going out on the first day. These ladies were up to the challenge. We started the day off with a few dolphin and then went off on a search for a shot a a marlin. While we raised 3 whites and 1 blue marlin we failed to hook up on any of them. At the end of the day we happened acrossed another school of dolphin and picked up a few more to finish up with about 25 of the tasty fish. great job ladies.
Up next were the men. We had high hopes, as the day before there had been a good pick up on the marlin fishing. Unfortnatly the ocean had turned over once again and the water had turned a dirty green and the marlin left the scene. It was a long hard day and we ended up stopping at the tower to catch a couple of amberjacks for the grandsons, Rory and Jack. They did a great job job fighting the jacks.
Thanks to Harold and Ellie for giving us the opportunity take you and your family fishing.
