Todays charter was here on vacation from Maryland, hoping to catch a few fish to eat for the week. We tried the kite first for tuna but didn't have any success,so we turned our attention to the mahi fishing. The tideline was made up nice but the fish were scarce. Finally, after trolling for nine miles we came across a large limb floating in the tideline and caught 25 dolphin. Unfortunately during the action one of our anglers took a hook in the cheek. This is what can happen when the hook is set to hard and pulls out of the fishes mouth...it comes flying back into the boat and bad things happen. Mary was a great sport and after clipping off the leader she and everyone else kept fishing. After we finished with that school of fish we headed in early to have the hook removed from Mary's cheek. I'll post a couple of pics to show the results. Mary is one tough cookie! capt dick
